BRAVA! Open Rehearsals/Auditions

Details: BRAVA! performs throughout the year and offers a diverse repertoire of sacred, secular, classical and popular music for a wide variety of venues. We're looking for women of all ages. Cracked Walnut Reading Series hosted by the Richfield Arts Commission
When: 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 10.
Where: Richfield Community Center, 7000 Nicollet Ave. S. in Richfield.
Details: A free evening of local literature by Cracked Walnut authors and poets. Hosted by the Richfield Arts Commission.
Visual Journaling Open Studio
When: 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11.
Where: The Art House, 6340 Lyndale Ave. S. in Richfield.
Details: An afternoon of fun and inspiring creative exploration as we dive into our journals and play. Visual journals are a place where we can be free to experiment with different techniques and materials and, most importantly, have fun! Bring your journal and favorite supplies and get together to share ideas.

When: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11
Where: Augsburg Park Library, 7100 Nicollet Ave. S. in Richfield.
Details: Books priced from 50 cents to $1.
