Funds Coming Richfield's Way Rise Under New Local Government Aid (LGA) Formula

The amount of LGA money that Richfield is due will increase in 2014 by almost 60 percent, now that the Minnesota Legislature has set the dollar amounts cities can expect.

On February 20, 2012, it is believed that Devon McFerrin, also known by the name Church, sold heroin to a known male who subsequently died as a result of the drug use. The drug exchange between the victim and the passenger of a vehicle was recorded by video surveillance. McFerrin confirmed, during a police interview, that he was the passenger in the vehicle seen in the surveillance video. It is believed that Devon McFerrin is aware that a warrant has been issued for his arrest.</p>
