PHOTOS: Richfield Girls Compete in State Synchronized Swimming Meet, Place 9th
Richfield synchro swimmers take ninth in the 2011 state synchronized swimming meet Thursday and Friday.
The Richfield girls synchronized swimming team took ninth place overall at the state meet Thursday and Friday at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center in Minneapolis.
The Spartans finished with eight points at the event. Wayzata won the overall team title with 169 points.
Richfield’s Rachel Johnson took fourth in the short solo competition, while Johnson and Tenzin Kelsang finished fifth in the short duet competition.

Leah Boldt, Kelsang and Brittany Sanetrick took eighth in the short trio competition.
