Three-in-a-row for U10 Girls!

The RSA U10 Girls' winning streak improves to three with a 3-2 victory over St. Louis Park.

Abby Kleist scored early to give Richfield the lead, then SLP tied it up when a funny bounce off a throw-in snuck in. Kleist soon got her second goal of the game and Richfield led 2-1 at the half. SLP came out strong in the 2nd half and tied it up 2-2 and kept pushing for more. Goal keeper, Amanda Folk, had lots of great saves to keep the score even. With about 6 minutes left, Kyleigh Zent got a great through ball from Ingrid Blanco who then dribbled in to blast it past the SLP keeper for the game winner. Richfield was able to hold on for the win with strong defense and more big saves from Folk in the net.  Another great team win. The girls have made so much progress this season.

The U10 Girls have a little break now - their next game is away on Monday, July 8 @ 6:00 vs. another SLP team.

U10 Boys Stay HOT!

RSA's U10 Boys continue their winning ways with a 2-1 victory against a physical Burnsville team.

Nathan Munsinger scored within the first 5 minutes, created by quick passes and a good shot.  Jacob Bach-Dowd scored the second goal mid second half by a string of passes put together by Elijah Bishop from the mid field to Wyatt Richie who fed Jacob for a great low and away left footed shot.

U12 Boys WIN!
