The Richfield City Council meets every second and fourth Tuesday each month at 7 p.m. at the Richfield City Hall and Municipal Center.
Among the items discussed were the liquor license renewals for a number of establishments in town, as well as a resolution that would allow for up to 7,000 square feet of restaurant space at the Lyndale Gardens development.
