There are plenty of steps developers need to take to get the plans approved and since there is already an existing store, the rep for Menards mentioned in a special session that it takes time to liquidate all the merchandise from the store and find places for many of the employees. Not to mention when it begins to cut off its replenishment orders. I believe this is why they are moving so quickly on the details. Hope this helps.
