Seasons Greetings From Richfield's 'Heroes & Helpers'

Richfield area children joined Richfield Public Safety Department officers in December for the department's fourth annual Shop With A Cop event, which has now been renamed Heroes & Helpers.

Children met officers and other volunteers at city hall and then drove with officers to the Richfield Super Target store to shop. After the shopping excursion, everyone returned to city hall to eat pizza and wrap gifts.

The purpose of the event was to provide a positive experience with law enforcement officers for children.
