Richfield Police Blotter: Man Exposes Himself to Two Young Girls

The Richfield Public Safety Department released its most recent crime reports Monday.

All information was taken from the Incident and Arrest Reports from March 21, which detail incidents that occurred March 17-20.

Richfield Public Safety officers were dispatched to 7514 Park Ave. S. on March 18 after receiving a report of a man exposing himself to a 12- and 13-year-old girl at 600 E. 73rd St.

The grandfather of one of girls followed the suspect to the Park Avenue address, where Police located the man. The 51-year-old Richfield man was charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure and was then transported to Hennepin County Jail.

Other incidents occurring from March 17-20 included:

Police are investigating a property damage incident that occurred on the 900 block of 77th Street East.

A 21-year-old Sioux City, IA woman was charged with drug paraphernalia possession on March 17.

A 47-year-old New Hope, MN man was charged with cocaine possession on March 17.

Police are investigating a burglary that occurred on the 7600 block of Pleasant Avenue on March 17.

A juvenile was charged with tobacco use by a minor on March 18.

A juvenile was charged with drug paraphernalia possession on March 18.

Police are investigating a theft involving jewelry and other precious metals. The theft occurred on the 7400 block on 4th Avenue on March 18.

Police are investigating an assault that occurred on the 7300 block of Colfax Avenue on March 19.

An adult was charged with driving after license revocation on March 19.

Police are investigating a theft from vehicle incident that occurred on the 6600 block of 5th Avenue on March 20.

Police responded to a report of suspicious activity on the 700 block of 66th Street East on March 19.

A 24-year-old St. Paul male was charged with criminal sexual conduct and burglary on March 20.

Two adults were charged, in separate incidents, with possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle on March 20.
