UPDATED: Home Catches Fire on Logan Avenue

A home on the 7500 block of Logan Avenue was consumed by flames late Sunday afternoon.

According to Police Clips and witnesses, the house was fully involved in fire. One dog was rescued, while another reportedly didn't make it.

Richfield Patch contributor and resident David Haines was on the scene and reported there were no human injuries. However, one firefighter was being evaluated. Haines said said the dog that survived was resuscitated by firefighter using CPR and was also given an IV.

Multiple area fire departments including those from the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport, Bloomington and Minneapolis assisted the .
