The eager city of Richfield has been waiting since March 2011 to find out who and what would soon replace the long-vacant and unkept Lyndale Gardens Center site.
On Tuesday night, a little more will be revealed.
Site developer The Cornerstone Group will have its first tenant—the mysterious co-op grocer—in tow to present to the Richfield City Council during a special worksession at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday. Other updates on current project plans will also be discussed.
The special session is being held in the Bartholomew Conference room. The session is open to the public.
Richfield Patch will update readers as soon as the announcement is made.
