Lyndale Gardens Developer to Announce First Tenant

The Cornerstone Group will be updating the Richfield City Council on its progress during a special session Tuesday night,

The eager city of Richfield has been waiting since March 2011 to find out who and what would soon replace the long-vacant and unkept Lyndale Gardens Center site.

On Tuesday night, a little more will be revealed.

Site developer The Cornerstone Group will have its first tenant—the mysterious co-op grocer—in tow to present to the Richfield City Council during a special worksession at 5:45 p.m. Tuesday. Other updates on current project plans will also be discussed.

The special session is being held in the Bartholomew Conference room. The session is open to the public.
