Richfield Salon Concepts to Open in Spring
The hair and beauty salon is one of three tenants that have recently signed leases for Lyndale Station.
One of three newly announced Lyndale Station tenants will hopefully be opening this spring.
According to Steve Wellington, president of Wellington Management, Inc. and Lyndale Station's developer, Salon Concepts is planning to open its doors in March or April 2014.
The developer had previously announced the hair and beauty salon had planned to open by the end of 2013, however, Wellington said the business is still working on getting building permits from the city.
Salon Concepts signed a lease for 5,648 square feet of space in the 19,200-square-foot building adjacent to LA Fitness. Firehouse Subs and Von Hanson's Meats will occupy the rest of the building. The sub shop plans to open later this month, while Von Hanson's is expected to open in the spring. Exact openings dates have not been given.
