Richfield Business Earns 'Super Service Award'

Richfield-based Universal Windows Direct, MN, which is also run by two Richfield residents, recently received one of the Angie's List 2011 Super Service Awards.

Angie's List, a web-based company that compiles consumer reviews of local services and health providers nationwide, gives this award to a small handful of businesses every year. Those businesses that received the award were given an exemplary rating from their clients.

“It is our goal to treat every customer of ours as if they are family," Stephen Brager, president of Universal Windows Direct, MN, said in an Angie's List press release. "Offering a fair price on a quality product and sending out the best installers are several aspects of our business we pride ourselves on. We are honored to receive this award.”
