I decided I didn't care for them back when homes and businesses were destroyed to build their new corporate offices - though I don't totally blame them because the City of Richfield let them do it. I dislike them no more or less with the recent news. I still shop there on occasion, if something I want is on sale or for an item Target doesn't carry.

I don't really remember when all the stuff was going on with the construction, in terms of the businesses that were there, the infrastructure was less than to be desired and I think they did a lot of work to relocate many of those - many car dealerships - to just over the freeway. As far as the homes, it's always sad to see those go, and while I don't know the details on whether a city can force such as thing, it seems as if owners were OK to go. Same thing has happened over the years on the east side with the airport.
