FOLLOW-UP: Super America Replacement Pumps Installed; Ready for Public Use
Construction at the Super America on 66th Street and Lake Shore Drive is finished.
Construction on the gas pumps and canopy covering the pumps at Super America, 826 W. 66th St., is complete.
Workers and completely rebuilt the structure and put in brand new pumps. The replacement of the canopy and pumps came after a portion of the canopy on Dec. 30, 2010.
The pumps opened July 1, just in time for the holiday weekend.
