FOLLOW UP: Super America Canopy Up, Working on Restoring Gas Pumps
The reconstruction of the 66th Street and Lake Shore Drive Super America gas canopy is nearly complete.
After Super America's, 826 W. 66th Street, broken canopy last week, the new gas pump covering has been erected in its place.
A portion of the Dec. 30, 2010. On Monday workers were working to restore the gas pumps and Super America expects the new pumps to be in place by the end of next week, although this can change. The store itself is still open.
Richfield Patch will let readers know when the pumps are functioning again.
