SOLD! Four More Richfield Homes Off the Market
Buyers take advantage of good weather to find bargains.
Five properties changed hands in Richfield the between March 18 and March 25. Since the time between the purchase agreement and the closing is usually 30 to 45 days, this shows that buyers were taking advantage of the generally better weather to purchase homes earlier in the year. The market looks encouraging for those who want to sell, but it’s still a buyer’s market. Sellers need to keep this in mind when pricing a home.
