The new 24-7 fitness club opened to the public May 10.

Those hoping for a fitness option on the east side of town got their wish last Friday.

"We are different because, though we have full exercise facilities, we are small and therefore much more personal than a large gym can be," Gray told Patch.

For those not familiar with the Anytime Fitness brand, members can use the facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, the club is staffed for prospective members from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. Appointments are also available.

"We are a 'boutique-sized' gym, designed to be a non-intimidating place to get in a quick workout then get back to your busy life," Gray said.

Personal trainers are also available to members.
