School Technology Levy

I hope Richfield Tax Payers think twice before voting for a Technology Levy. I checked the School Budget and I can't see where every dime of the past Levy goes to Technology. If it does, then its buried in the budget somewhere. I for one am tired of school budgets going up every year while student populations have gone down. We keep spending more and more money each year and just because Edina and
Eden Prairie increase their budgets doesn't mean we have to.
