Richfield Man Charged with Raping 10-Year-Old Girl

Police say Terrance Trevelle Hill raped the girl at her Burnsville home after she woke up from a nightmare and sought comfort.

A Richfield man has been charged with raping a Burnsville girl in 2010, who was 10 years old at the time of the alleged incident. Terrance Trevelle Hill, 27, is charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony with a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $40,000 fine. Each charge carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 12 years in prison and a $12,000 fine. According to the criminal complaint, the mother of the victim, who is now 12, came to the Burnsville Police Station on Dec. 15 and told officers that Hill had assaulted her daughter in 2010 at her home on Greenhaven Drive. Richfield Man Charged With First-Degree Rape

Police say Tyrone Edward Reynolds became upset when the victim wouldn't agree to stay with him, punched her repeatedly and then sexually assaulted her.

Police say a Richfield man raped a woman when she refused to hug him after the two discussed the breakup of their relationship. Tyrone Edward Reynolds, 37, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, a felony with a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $40,000 fine. According to the complaint, signed by Richfield Police Detective Joseph Ogren, the victim came to the police station on Oct. 25 and said that Reynolds had sexually assaulted her. The woman said she had ended her relationship with Reynolds because he had abused her for seven months, and that she had an active protection order against him. A Maplewood man has been charged with allegedly raping a co-worker in a Richfield group home at knifepoint in December. Peter Nyakeoga Osebe, 43, is charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct, classified as a serious felony with a maximum penalty of 30 years in prison and a $40,000 fine. According to the criminal complaint, compiled by Richfield Police Detective Patrick Moriarty, police were called to the group home in the 7200 block of Lyndale Avenue South on Dec. 3 on a report of a sexual assault.
