Cops Find Nearly 14 Ounces of Marijuana in Richfield Man's Bedroom

Police say they found more than 13 ounces of marijuana in Tyrone Adair Koehn's apartment when they executed a search warrant there.

A Richfield man is facing felony drug charges after police say they found almost 14 ounces of marijuana in his apartment. Tyrone Adair Koehn, 44, is charged with fifth-degree drug possession, which carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. The charge has a mandatory minimum penalty of six months in jail and a $6,000 fine. Richfield police executed a search warrant at Koehn’s apartment in the 6000 block of Pleasant Avenue on Nov. 26, according to the criminal complaint. In Koehn’s bedroom, officers seized “numerous” individually wrapped packages of marijuana, a glass jar containing loose marijuana, a digital scale, drug-packaging materials and a marijuana grinder, according to the complaint.
