Patch Celebrates 2nd Anniversary With a Night of Trivia

... again!

A whopping two dozen people joined Richfield Patch at Sandy's Tavern Monday night to celebrate its second anniversary with a night of trivia, fun and prizes. There were five rounds of five questions each, with topics on Veterans Day, current movie titles, odd news bits, current events and, of course, Patch news. Team Hoof Hearted won the game with a near perfect score and took home Patch's doubled pot of money and lots of memories. Richfield Patch would like to thank Sandy's Tavern for being a wonderful host once again and, of course, a big thank you to all those who came and played. Patch Teams Up With Sandy's Tavern For 2nd Annual Trivia Night

Join us Nov. 12 for a night of celebration, trivia, prizes and fun.

My fellow Richfieldians! It's that time of year again. Yes. Richfield Patch is turning 2 years old on Nov. 17! And to celebrate, we are once again teaming up with Sandy's Tavern for the second annual Richfield Patch Trivia Night at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 12. For more than two years, Sandy's Tavern has been hosting a weekly trivia night and Patch is so excited to have another anniversary celebration at the Richfield staple. As always, the cost to play is $1 per person and there can be up to four people on each team. The cash goes into a pot that the winning team takes home. Patch will match the pot amount up to $50. In addition, those who sign up for a Patch newsletter will be entered into a drawing for a $25 Visa gift card. The drawing …

PHOTOS: Locals Turn Out for Richfield Patch Trivia Extravaganza

Richfield Patch celebrates its anniversary at Sandy's Tavern.

Richfield Patch teamed up with Sandy's Tavern Monday night to celebrate the site's one-year anniversary with a Richfield-centric game of trivia. Sandy's Tavern hosts a trivia night each Monday and this week's game featured Richfield current events and history, as well as Patch facts. Nearly 40 locals turned out for festivities, playing in teams up to four people. Team Hoof Hearted won the game, with long-running champs Team George coming in second place, followed by Team The 71 Hundreds in third. Hoof Hearted also took home a $68 pot after Patch matched the original pot amount. Richfield Patch's official anniversary is Nov. 17.
