Richfield Woman, Bloomington Man Charged with Burglarizing Apartment Garage

Heidi Marie Fox of Richfield and Andrew James Remer of Bloomington are charged with first-degree burglary and possession of burglary tools.

A Richfield woman and a Bloomington man have been charged with burglary after police say they were caught rifling through cars in the parking garage of an Eagan apartment building on the day after Christmas. Heidi Marie Fox, 33, and Andrew James Remer, 25, are each charged with two felonies: first-degree burglary, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $35,000 fine, and possession of burglary tools, which has a maximum penalty of three years in prison and a $5,000 fine. According to the criminal complaint, Eagan police were called to an apartment building in the 1800 block of Silver Bell Road at about 5:30 a.m. after a caller reported that she saw two people walking through the garage.
