Aida Celebrates First Anniversary in Richfield
The Mediterranean-themed restaurant hit one year Feb. 24/
It's been year since Richfield's former Taco Bell was transformed into the unique Aida, a Taste of the Mediterranean. Owned by Ahmed Mohamed, his wife Amy Mohamed, and Sammy Eldabshour, the restaurant was the team's first restaurant venture. Amy Mohamed worked in the travel industry for many years, while her husband and Eldabshoury are certified public accountants who share a practice in Edina.
