Houlihan's topped last year's Readers' Choice poll but a commenter suggested newcomer Pizza Luce. Where are you watching the NCAA mens basketball tournament?

We're now in the advanced stages of March Madness. Where are you watching the 2013 NCAA men's basketball tournament? In 2012, Richfield Patch readers chose Houlihan's as the best local place to catch the college hoops action on TV, over other options such as Frenchman's, Sandy's Tavern and Champp's. But since then, Pizza Luce opened its new Richfield location, and that's the spot Jennifer nominated as her favorite for March Madness in a comment at the Richfield Patch Facebook page. Houlihan's Dominates Another Richfield Readers' Choice Contest

The restaurant wins a second-consecutive contest.

Houlihan's fans showed their spirit by voting the restaurant as the Richfield Readers' Choice: Best Place to Watch March Madness contest winner. The bar/restaurant received 63 of the 94 votes in the two-week long contest, with its close neighbor, Champp's, receiving 20 votes. Houlihan's also won the contest for Best Place to Celebrate St. Patrick's Day two weeks before. See the poll below to see how all local sports bars fared. While Champp's took an early lead, Houlihan's fans have boosted the restaurant to No. 1 in the Richfield Readers' Choice: Best Place to Watch March Madness contest. But, if you think another joint should be at the top, you still have time to vote! Voting ends at 9 p.m. Thursday, March 29. Your Richfield Patch editor will determine the Richfield Readers' Choice winner based on a combination of poll results and the number and enthusiasm of reader reviews on Patch Places.
