Headway Gears Up for its Golf Tournament Fundraiser

The nonprofit's tournament raises money to continue its emotional health programs.

Richfield-based nonprofit Headway Emotional Health Services, formerly known as The Storefront Group, is gearing up for its Transforming Lives Open golf tournament on Aug. 8 at Wilds Golf Club in Prior Lake, MN. Since 1970, Headway has provided emotional health services to help children, families and individuals throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas overcome issues such as child abuse and neglect, sexual abuse, truancy, addiction, parenting and more. The organization also helped implement teen pregnancy prevention programs in Richfield schools, where teen pregnancy rates are the second highest in the state—outside of Minneapolis.
