All the following information was taken from the Richfield Public Safety Department’s Crime Reports from Monday, detailing incidents from Dec. 4 through Dec. 10, 2011. A 36-year-old Richfield man was charged with disorderly conduct Dec. 4. Police responded to a reported burglary at LeeAnn Chin's restaurant on 64th Street and Nicollet Avenue on Dec. 4. A safe containing an estimated $1,200 was reported stolen. A 30-year-old Richfield man was charged with assault after allegedly making terrorist threats during a domestic incident Dec. 5. Police are investigating a possible burglary involving Richfield Symphonic Band instruments. On Dec. 5, a city worker—on behalf of the band—reported that two instruments were missing from the band’s storage …
