Hundreds of students were recently named to the Academy of Holy Angels Trimester II Honor Roll. Students who maintained a 4.000 grade point average (GPA) on a 4.000 scale were named Scholars of Distinction; students who achieve 3.6667 or above earned High Honors; and students who maintained a GPA of 3.2000 receive Honors. A team of four middle school students took third at a local invitational.
Blessed Trinity Catholic School's team of middle schoolers placed third out of 23 teams during the National Academic Quiz Tournaments (NAQT) Invitational Saturday at De La Salle High School The team, made up of Mikaela Amundson, Robbie Noeske, Caleb Peichel and Christina Meyer, will now advance to the 2012 Middle School National Championship Tournament in Chicago from April 20-22.
