Now, it is a large park that hosts a variety of sporting events and also serves as an extra space for Richfield Middle School physical education activities. The park features a soccer/football field, bounce court, four tennis courts, two hockey rinks and two baseball diamonds. One of the baseball fields is dedicated to the memory of Gordon Larson, who was a member of the Minnesota Babe Ruth Baseball Hall of Fame and worked for years to support youth baseball in Minnesota.
