Learn to Cook Like a Richfield Librarian

You'll be making your own Vietnamese Three-Colored Salad Roll after this one-time lesson with Phuoc Tran at the Richfield Farmer's Market.

Books are tasty and recipes books are delicious, but an in-person cooking lesson from a librarian is a culinary experience all its own.

Your big chance to learn to make a dish from a local librarian is Saturday, 9–10 a.m., at the Richfield Farmers Market

Phuoc Tran will demonstrate what goes into a Vietnamese Three-Colored Salad Roll. And when she's done, you'll get a free food sample and a printed recipe to take home.

What are your weekend plans? Share what you'll be up to in comments below.
