Registration Open for Urban Wildland Half Marathon & 5K
The run benefits the partnership between Richfield Public Schools and Wood Lake Nature Center.
Registration for Richfield's 12th annual Urban Wildland Half Marathon & 5K is now open.
The tradition supports the partnership between Richfield Public Schools (RPS) and Wood Lake Nature Center. All RPS kindergarten through Grade 6 students go on three field trips to the nature center each school year where they learn and experience a variety of different learning activities.

The race is set for Saturday, Aug. 2, 2014, and early bird registration lasts until June 24. Register on or before that date and the cost is $45 for the half marathon and $25 for the 5K. The fee covers everything including chip timing, microfiber wicking shirt, food, beverage, entertainment and a virtual runner bag with special deals from sponsors.
