The  invites the public to attend their annual Wacipi (Pow Wow), one of the largest in the country.  A homecoming of sorts, a Wacipi is a social gathering where American Indian friends and relatives come together to celebrate their culture and way of life. Many return every year to enjoy the dancers in their regalia, the singers at the drum, good food, and booths with arts and crafts for sale. 

Be part of the World’s Largest Wiffle Ball Tournament being held at 10 locations across Minnesota the weekend of August 18 & 19, 2012. All ages welcome from 2 to 92 years old! 

This tournament will benefit all nine Minnesota Miracle Leagues, as well as help to build a tenth field, so that "every child has the opportunity to play baseball."

All are invited to dance, eat and be merry at the ninth annual  Pig Roast and Dance Saturday, Aug.18. The menu will include roasted pork or turkey sandwiches, baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad, dessert and coffee. Tickets purchased in advance are $12 for adults and $6 for children ages 4 to 10. 

Tilia’s Augtoberfest Block Party

Tilia ramps up for its second annual block party with amusements for all ages and live music. Bands include the Honeydogs, Lucy Michelle and more. Tilia will open at noon with a limited menu.
