4th Annual Kickball Tournament & Bone Marrow Drive

Blair’s Tree of Hope,a Hopkins based non-profit, is hosting a family friendly fundraising event, featuring an all day kickball tournament for both competitive and non-competitive leagues.

A message from Allison Tetzlaff with Blair's Tree of Hope.

You will find children playing that have fought hard for their lives and won, and you will find teams formed in memory of children who didn’t. You will see teams that are competitive and teams of children playing. The diversity of this tournament is warming and inspiring. The morning will begin with a balloon send off in memory of Blair. We will have an inflatable jumper and lawn games for the kids to play all day. And this year we are excited to be holding a free bone marrow drive for the first time. A cheek swab is all that is needed to know if you could be a suitable donor. It would be amazing if someone at our event was a match and had the opportunity to save another’s life.

More event details to come.

Blair's Tree of Hope was started 5 years ago after Blair Anderson lost her fight to Leukemia, at the age of 16. The mission is to help families of children with life threatening illnesses by providing them with day-to-day services (at no charge) allowing them to spend more quality time together.
