Chuck & Don's Giving Back this Black Friday
For each customer that comes in between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Friday, the pet supply chain will donate one pound of pet food to a local food shelf.
On Black Friday, all Chuck & Don's pet supply store locations will be celebrating the season of giving.
Pets and their owners are invited to take a break from holiday shopping Friday, Nov. 29 for some free treats, as well as the chance to help hungry pets, according to a release:
For every person that stops into a location between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Friday, Chuck & Don’s will donate one pound of pet food to Second Harvest Heartland or Red Wing Area Food Shelf in Minnesota. For Colorado locations, donations will be made to the Food Bank of the Rockies.
Free coffee and doughnuts will also be provided. Locations closest to Richfield are in Edina at 6821 York Ave. S., and Bloomington at 8417 Lyndale Ave. S.
