Winter's last gasp is mucking up roads and some students' schedules.
Academy of Holy Angels in Richfield will start two hours late on Friday, April 20, 2013, according to KARE11.com, as Minnesota deals with a springtime winter storm.
Commuters can expect a tough slog through the snow that has fallen along with rain, sleet and hail over the last 24 hours.
Overnight, a snowplow truck caught fire and was fully engulfed on East River Road north of Fridley, according to a scanner report.
