Lindsey Melchior played "Sandy" in Richfield High School's spring rendition of "Grease."
Editor's Note: Richfield High School (RHS) theater students recently participated in Hennepin Theater Trust's Spotlight Showcase along with students from 47 other Minnesota high schools. Patch caught up with some Richfield participants to discuss their theater life. Lindsey Melchior, a junior at RHS, received Honorable Mention for Performance in a Leading Role for her part as "Sandy" in "Grease."

Melchior: Yes!

Melchior: Working with so many amazingly talented people like Joey [Gamoke] has inspired me to push myself and I have improved immensely.

Melchior: I am so honored to receive this award.
