Andy capped off his six year Richfield swimming career with a stellar senior season. Not a club swimmer, Andy takes most of the season to get in shape, then tapers like crazy. At state he was 2nd in the 200 IM, lowering the Spartan varsity record to 1:55.68. In addition, he already holds Richfield's back stroke record of 55.35 (set as a junior), and is part of each of our relay records set in the past two years: 200 yard Medley Relay 1:36.36 (24.81 bk); 200 yard Freestyle Relay 1:27.85 (22.10 lead); 400 yard Freestyle Relay 3:14.01 (48.58 lead).
