In a celebration before the entire student body, faculty and some staff, Richfield High School crowned Cristian Hernandez as its 2013 Fire 'N' Ice King.

Cristian was escorted by Star Soto, and was one of 11 candidates for the crown. Other candidates included: Tenzin Numgyai, Andrew Allen, Andy Peterson, Austin Bolkcom, Sam Amundson, Sam Fink, Adam Aldrich, Nate Luttenegger, Kevin Krohn and Duncan Pederson.
