Jessica January Commits to DePaul University
The Richfield senior and basketball star signs a letter of intent to attend the college Wednesday morning.
Richfield High School senior and star athlete, Jessica January, committed to DePaul University Wednesday morning.
January signed a national letter of intent to attend the school among family, friends and school staff.
January told Patch earlier in the school year she wasn't sure what her major would be, but she was definitely playing basketball in college. She helped lead the Spartans girls basketball team to the state championship finals earlier in 2012.

Besides basketball, January was also a member of the volleyball squad and runs track and field. She holds the state's time record for 100 meter hurdles.
