Holy Angels Wins 'Best Display' at MN Zoo German Day Event
The zoo offers a series of world language days throughout the year.
A team for the Academy of Holy Angels won the Best Display category at the Wednesday, Feb. 6, German Day at the Zoo event at the Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley.
The Minnesota Zoo sponsors a series of world language days and invites language students at all levels to attend, according to an AHA press release. Among the events are presentations about the zoo’s collections--delivered in the day’s featured language by upper-level students. AHA is a perennial winner in the competitive events.
