How to Organize an On-Line Care Team for Families

SPONSORED BY SENIOR COMMUNITY SERVICES

You are invited to a very important informational meeting that empowers seniors to live independently by providing them and their caregivers with free, webbased tools for coordination of care, access to local resources, and phone support. With relatives and friends spread out, the web site has allowed seniors and their caregivers the opportunity to care and communicate securely on an on-line personalized care team of family, friends, professionals and volunteers. Bring your laptop, or we have computers at the center, and your care team information and we can help you set up instant access. Senior Community Services is a non-profit organization that develops and provides services that help meet the needs of older adults and support for their caregivers. A sandwich lunch is included in the $5. Registration is necessary at 612-861-9385.
