College Spotlight: Richfield Kids to Graduate, Get Accepted to Various Schools

  • DeMario Richardson was accepted to Concordia University-St. Paul for the Fall 2012 semester. He also received the Transfer University Scholarship, totalling $6,000 in funds.
  • Oliver Stocker graduated from Michigan Technical University on April 28, 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering.
  • Charryse Luckey is set to receive a Doctor of Philosophy in Development and Child Psychology from the University of Kansas.
  • Elliot Novak, a sophomore majoring in music at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, was one of seven student awarded a scholarship by the Midwest Organic and Sustainable Education Service (MOSES) to attend the 2012 MOSES Organic Farming Conference in La Crosse in February.
  • Jessica Burgwald made the DePaul University Dean's List for the Fall 2011 semester.
  • Ulianov Martinez was among the record number of graduates awarded master's and doctorate of physical therapy degrees by the University of Scranton at its post-baccalaureate commencement on May 26.
  • Simon Peterson-Maha made the Dean's List at Rochester Community and Technical College for the Spring 2012 semester.
