The Richfield City Council met for its regular meeting Monday night.
Having to move its regular meeting Tuesday meeting up a day due to , the Richfield City Council had a hefty agenda Monday night.
On the agenda was , a conditional use permit for a full-service restaurant on 64th Street and Lyndale Avenue and what proved to be a heated public hearing debate on whether the city should approve an agreement with Comcast for it Public Access channels.
