Sen. Ken Kelash: Where's Funding for Voter Photo ID Program Coming From?

The Minnesota State Legislature is in session.

(DFL-Richfield) asked those presenting a bill that would require all voters to have a photo ID where all the money to fund a statewide program was going to come from Monday.

In addition, he questioned why only some polling locations will have the electronic machines for photo ID.
