'Man in Black' Serial Bank Robber Strikes Again

The man believed by the FBI to have robbed a Richfield and other area banks hits a Bloomington bank Wednesday afternoon.

Bloomington's Premier Bank, 500 98th St. W., was robbed at gunpoint around 4:20 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. According to a Thursday press release, —possibly including on .

The suspect, who is being called the "Man in Black" serial robber, was described Wednesday as a white male, approximately 5-foot-5 to 5-foot-8 in height with dark eyes. Witnesses also described him as wearing a black ski mask and a black cotton jacket, according to a release.

Special Agent in Charge Donald Oswald, in conjunction with the Minnesota Bankers Association, is offering a $25,000 reward for information which leads to the arrest and conviction of this individual.
