Police Blotter: Two Catalytic Converters Stolen, Aircraft Pistol at Frenchman's

The Richfield Public Safety Department releases its most recent crime reports.

All the following information was taken from the 's Incident and Arrest reports from May 7, 2012, detailing incidents from May 3-5.

May 3

  • Police charged two parties with giving false information to an officer at Motel 6.
  • Uknown parties entered an open garage door overnight on the 6800 Park Avenue and took several items valued at $670.
  • A vehicle was reportedly tampered with in a business parking lot on the 300 block of 78th Street. A cadalytic converter was reported taken.
  • An 18-year-old student was charged with underage liquor consumption while at school.
  • Another catalytic converter was reportedly taken from a vehicle parked on the 7700 block of 2nd Avenue.
  • Fraudent purchases on a stolen credit card were reported.
  • , 2913 66th St. W., reported a gas theft. The driver was located shortly after and charged with theft.
  • Police responded to a domestic assault on the 7400 block of Penn Avenue.
  • A 21-year-old Burnsville man was charged with marijuana possession.
