Richfield Police Respond to Reported Drug Overdose

The Richfield Public Safety Department releases its most recent crime reports.

All the following information was taken from the 's Crime Reports from Nov. 21, 2011, detailing incidents from Nov. 17 through Nov. 19.

A student reported his cell phone stolen from his gym locker Nov. 17.

Police responded to a possible drug overdose on the 7300 block of 5th Avenue Nov. 17. A female and male were both taken to the hospital. Their condition at the time of transport was not stated.

A juvenile was cited for drug paraphernalia possession Nov. 17.

A wallet containing cash and credit cards was reported stolen from a locker Nov. 17.

A 21-year-old Chicago man was charged with marijuana possession Nov. 17.

A Springfield Armory 9 mm firearm was reported stolen from Nov. 18.

A 31-year-old Richfield man was charged with DWI Nov. 18.

Police responded to a disturbance at TCF Bank on Richfield Parkway Nov. 18.

A 24-year-old Richfield man was charged with DWI Nov. 18.

A 39-year-old Richfield man was charged with DWI, speeding and driving without a valid driver's license Nov. 19.

An unknown person, or persons, entered a laundry room of an apartment building Nov. 19, tipped over two washing machines, cut the hose lines and took the change dispensers. The amount taken was estimated at about $200.
