Richfield Police Respond to Nearly 10 Assaults in Four Days

The Richfield Public Safety Department releases its most recent crime reports.

All the following information has been taken from the 's Crime Reports from Nov. 3, detailing incidents from Oct. 30 through Nov. 2.

A juvenile was charged with domestic assault Oct. 30.

An 18-year-old Richfield man was charged with obstruction of legal process Oct. 30.

An air compressor and a Coleman stove were reported stolen from a locked garage on the 7700 block of 12th Avenue Oct. 30.

An man reported that he was hit by a suspect with a closed fist, causing a cut to his lip Oct. 30. The victim declined to press charges.

A woman reported that her boyfriend assaulted her Oct. 30.

A woman reported that she was assaulted by a black male in front of on 77th Street and Portland Avenue Oct. 30.

A 27-year-old Savage man was charged with domestic assault Oct. 31.

A 24-year-old Richfield woman was charged with marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession Oct. 31.

A car was reported stolen Oct. 31.

A 33-year-old Minneapolis man was charged with drug paraphernalia possession after Police reported a crack pipe was found in his vehicle Oct. 31.

A 30-year-old Richfield man was charged with domestic assault Oct. 31.

A burglary was reported Oct. 31.

A resident reported that while she was out of town unknown suspect painted "SUR 13" on her hardwood fence. The report was made Oct. 31.

An 18-year-old Richfield woman was charged with domestic assault Oct. 31.

Police responded to a theft-in-progress at the on East 77th Street Nov. 1. A female suspect was cited for shoplifting.

A vehicle was reported stolen Nov. 1.

An van was reportedly ransacked sometime between Oct. 31 and Nov. 1. There was no damage or loss reported.

Police apprehended a suspect fleeing after shoplifting a pair of boots Nov. 1. The 23-year-old suspect was cited for shoplifting and fleeing police.

A gold necklace, Canon camera and $600 in cash were reported stolen after the victim's apartment was burglarized Nov. 1.

Two 31-year-old women were charged with disorderly conduct after Police responded to a report of disturbances at Nov. 1.

A 29-year-old man was charged with interfering with a 911 call Nov. 2.

Police responded to a report of a stabbing on the 7600 block of Penn Avenue Nov. 2. The male party was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening wounds and the female party was taken into custody.

A 27-year-old Brooklyn Park man and a 51-year-old Columbia Heights woman were charged with shoplifting from Nov. 2.
