March 15
- A GPS was reported stolen from an unlocked car on the 6800 block of Queen Avenue.
- A 24-year-old Lakeville man was charged with marijuana possession.
- A 24-year-old Richfield man was charged with marijuana possession and reckless handling of a weapon.
- A victim reported being dragged by a vehicle on the 7300 block of Nicollet Avenue.
March 16
