A 53-year-old Bloomington man was charged with DUI May 9, after being stopped by Police on Penn Avenue and West 78th Street.

Police are investigating an incident in which a resident received threatening phone calls May 9.

A 36-year-old Minneapolis man was charged with tampering with a motor vehicle May 10.

Police are investigating a juvenile runaway case from May 10.

A 21-year-old Minneapolis man was charged with possession of burglary tools May 11.

Police detained an adult on an outstanding warrant May 11.
