Richfield Police Blotter: Man Allegedly Threatens to Kill Roommate

The Richfield Public Safety Department releases its most recent crime reports.

All the following information was taken from the 's Incident and Arrest Reports from Sept. 26, 2011, detailing incidents from Sept. 22-24.

A 40-year-old Richfield man was charged with three counts of assault after allegedly threatening to kill his live-in roommate Sept. 22. He was taken to Hennepin County Jail following the incident.

A bicycle was stolen from a home on the 7500 block of Logan Avenue Sept. 22.

A Richfield woman reported that an unknown person gained access to her apartment on the 1600 block of West 66th Street and had non-consensual sexual contact with her Sept. 22.

A 21-year-old Burnsville woman was charged with DUI Sept. 23.

A 51-year-old Plymouth man was charged with shoplifting from Sept. 23.

Police responded to a report of prescription drug theft at Sept. 23. When they arrived, the woman who allegedly took the prescriptions admitted to the crime.

A Richfield woman reported that her ex-boyfriend violated an order of protection after contacting her through the telephone twice Sept. 23.

A local man reported that his ex-girlfriend possibly used one of his checks at Macy's for $120.95 Sept. 24.

Two 18-year-old men, one of Minneapolis and the other of Shakopee, were charged with disorderly conduct after Police received a report of a group of Asian males chasing two juveniles Sept. 24. The Shakopee resident was also charged with marijuana possession.

An employee of the on 64th and Lyndale Avenue reported that a black male put a bottle of vodka down his pants and left the store without paying for it Sept. 24.

A woman was charged with giving false information to an officer and DWI Sept. 24.
